For the needs of our company, we ask you to offer us your best quotation for magnesia bricks, used for the EAFs lining. The bricks we need are as follows:

1.Square magnesia bricks/used for the bottom of the furnace/type +2 LID

Dimensions: 250 x 124 x 76 mm Or type +1B LID /1В-76/

Dimensions: 230 x 172 x 76 mm Quantity- 700pcs

2. Key magnesia bricks/ used for the walls of the slag zone/ type +2Q28 LID

Dimensions: 139 x 111 x 250 x 76 mm Or type +Q152 LID

Dimensions: 138 x 110 x 375 x 76 mm Quantity- 600pcs

3.Side arches/used for the arch above the work door and for the arch above the gutter/ type 2H10 LIV(o)

Dimensions: 70 x 60 x 125 x 250 Or type 1H10 LIV(O)

Dimensions: 70 x 60 x 115 x 230 Quantity: 23pcs

4. Side arches / used for the arch above the gutter / type 2H26 LIV(o)

Dimensions: 78 x 52 x 125 x 250 Or 1H16LIV(O)

All bricks must have the following chemical composition:

MgO > 91% SiO2 < 3% CaO <2.5% Fe2O3< 3%

We will also need: Magnesite powder: 1200kg Magnesite grain: 600kg Refractory sand (clay) : 800kg Refractory (fireproof) cardboard: 13 m2
